Job Summary
The Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by performing various tasks such as opening new accounts, processing transactions, and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services, being able to provide information to our members and cross-sell our offerings.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account openings.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and concerns, escalating to management as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our members, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that their needs are met.
Requirements
We are seeking an individual who has previous experience in customer service, banking, or cash handling experience of 2-5 years. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with our members, prioritize and multitask, and perform their work accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.
