Overnight Receptionist/Security for Large Nursing Home
Friday Saturday Sunday 8p to 8a - 12 HOURS Shift
Job duties include:
- Able to work 8p to 8am overnight shift
- Handle responsibilities of answering and screening all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet visitors
- Monitor foot traffic in and out of lobby
- Make overhead pages
- Route calls, messages, faxes and perform other clerical tasks
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
- Responsible for providing basic information of the services of nursing home to clients
- Handle the tasks of receiving and forwarding admission inquiries to the admissions department
- Perform responsibilities of attending appropriate trainings as scheduled
- Responsible for providing full range of administrative support as requested
- Handle the tasks of typing correspondence, written communication and reports as required
