Violation Monitoring and Enforcement
- Daily Checks: Review emailed violations submitted by agents.
- iCheck Monitoring: Monitor violations for local Realtor Associations (Agent-Reported and other types).
- Robocalls and Follow-ups:
- Conduct personal follow-up calls for unresolved violations.
- Compliance Enforcement: Issue fines for non-compliance within the required correction timeframe.
Listing Review
- Conduct reviews of new listings for potential violations to ensure compliance with MLS standards and policies.
Front Desk Support
- Provide support as needed for:
- Phone inquiries, lockbox assistance, and general member questions.
- Overflow calls during peak times or absences.
Meeting Management
- MLS Committee Meetings Coordination:
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and schedule MLS Committee meetings for all local Associations
- Agenda Preparation: Prepare and distribute agendas for all MLS Committee meetings, ensuring they are shared with committee members in advance.
- Minutes Management: Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes promptly. Maintain an organized archive of past meeting agendas and minutes for reference.
- Logistical Support: Arrange meeting logistics, including venue bookings, virtual meeting setup, and necessary equipment or materials.
Staff Liaison Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between MLS Committees and the associations' staff.
- Provide updates on MLS activities, compliance issues, and member concerns during meetings as needed.
- Ensure all committee recommendations or decisions are communicated effectively to relevant staff and implemented appropriately.
Post-Meeting Follow-Up:
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on decisions made during MLS Committee meetings.
- Prepare and provide reports summarizing meeting outcomes for association leadership when required.
Member Support
- Assist with MLS support and compliance questions over the phone.
- Facilitate new and existing member documentation processes, ensuring all systems are updated accurately.
. System Maintenance and Updates
- Maintain and update member information in all systems
- Collaborate with the designated team members to initiate paperwork and finalize system updates for sign-offs, transfers, new members, and new offices.
General Responsibilities
- Resolve MLS-related inquiries and compliance issues with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to association members, maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the Organizations operational goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
