Tri-City Business Machines has been fulfilling the office equipment needs of Kingsport, TN area for over 50 years. We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in service technician roles with a preferred background in computer hardware, OEM, and mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions
- Utilize schematics to diagnose and repair technical problems
- Conduct computer networking tasks as needed
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and OEM components
- Mechanical aptitude for equipment repair tasks
- Familiarity with IT systems and software troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repairs
- Previous experience in field service is a plus
