We are seeking a Deposit Help Desk Representative to provide knowledgeable, timely support for internal customers with deposit operations, policies, and procedures.
Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.
This role is located in-office at our operations center in West Allis, WI.
Responsibilities
- Build trust and maintain collaborative relationships with Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, Fraud, BSA, and Retail teams.
- Respond promptly to internal inquiries regarding deposit operations policies, procedures, and processes.
- Research, resolve, and complete internal customer requests, including escalated situations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Bank’s products, services, policies, and federal regulations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to FIS Online Banking and other banking systems.
- Assist with customer maintenance and updates through reporting and review.
- Support training efforts for new programs, software, and operational functionality.
- Serve as a lead resource for complex and challenging requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support internal teams.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in retail banking, bank operations, or a call center environment.
- Advanced technical and troubleshooting skills with online banking systems and account maintenance.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others on new concepts, programs, and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
