Overview
The Office Administrator for NDC LLC is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, accounting functions, and leasing support for both commercial and residential properties.
This position is 30 hours a week with a pay range of $25.00 - $30.00 hourly depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and receivable activities
- Recording journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger and support scheduling
- Assist with financial statement preparation and CAM reconciliations.
- Provide the Accounting Manager with support in accounting duties
- Prepare, review, and revise leases
- Initiate tenant communications for lease renewals and rent increases
- Maintain available property listings on various lease portals
- Complete background checks on tenant applications
- Assist with collections of outstanding rents
- General office duties – filing, copying, answering phones.
- Assist Vice President of Real Estate with leasing and tenant communications
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
- Experience working in a property management environment
- Excellent attention to detail, and communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and general accounting software.
