EARLY HEAD START HOME VISITOR
Full Year 40 hours per week
Home Visitor position in the Early Head Start Program/Northern Region:
Specific Responsibilities: providing weekly home visits to families, facilitating appropriate child development activities, implementing curriculum, providing case management support, educating families about ongoing health and nutrition for their family, conducting child development and social service assessments, encouraging family engagement, planning socialization experiences, collaborating with colleagues in the Head Start program, collaborating with community resources, and ensuring any necessary follow-up activities relating to these responsibilities.
Qualifications: Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field or a Home Visitor CDA.
