Job Title: Dispatcher
Classification: Full-time
Shift: Operation runs 24 hours a day. Hours will be a combination of days, evenings, nights, overnights and weekends. Must be flexible on hours & days
Salary: $16.00 hour, non-exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· First point of contact with bus operators during emergencies
· Monitor/track/respond to radio communications with bus operators
· Assign vehicles to specific routes, based on route demands and vehicle availability
· Distribute manifests to drivers
· Receive/record requests from Origin to Destination customers for scheduled pick-ups
REQUIREMENTS:
· Able to multi-task
· Clear speaking voice, calm demeanor, attention to detail
· Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Familiarity with transportation emergency response protocol, proficiency with radio communication codes preferred
· Customer service focus
· Valid driver license
