Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, schedule deliveries and service appointments, and handle customer questions. You will also be monitoring emails, filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in a busy office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
- Schedule fuel oil deliveries and service appointments
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
- Monitor company email and correspond as needed.
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
- Basic accounting knowledge, general ledger, and accounts receivables
Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
