Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Substance Abuse Program Manager to join our team at Tri-County Human Services. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our outpatient services, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in addiction and/or mental health treatment. They must also possess a valid State of Florida license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Key Responsibilities:
* Directs and coordinates provision of services to individuals served
* Provides direct supervision to assigned personnel
* Acts as liaison between the agency and Department of Children and Families
* Comprehends and complies with all licensing regulations including 65D-30 Florida Statutes, Medicaid standards, CARF requirements, and Tri-County Human Services Policies and Procedures
