POSITION SUMMARY
This position involves completing a variety of skill sets included but not limited to operating hand tools, blowers, shoveling, raking, lifting, and cleanup. On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with the potential for advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Asphalt raking, shoveling, crack sealing, seal coating, and grading
- Communicate in a courteous and effective manner with customers and/or co-workers
- Other duties may be assigned

This position is full-time seasonal, working April through December (weather permitting). This position requires working overtime and some Saturdays.

- Current valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Have knowledge of hand, power & small tools
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work in an environment with exposure to various weather conditions
- Be quality and production oriented
- Ability to take instruction & implement daily instruction/tasks
