• Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in various engineering disciplines, including mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as engineering design processes.
• Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and practical skills, providing constructive feedback to support student growth and development.
• Classroom and Lab Management: Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
