Who You Are: The Coordinator for the Superintendent at Tri County Tech is a proactive and organized professional responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Superintendent's office. This role involves managing calendars, supporting initiatives, and handling matters of significance and sensitivity. The Coordinator acts as the Superintendent's right hand, utilizing resourcefulness and multitasking abilities to facilitate effective communication and organization within the office. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position, as the Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the overall mission of the organization.

- You’ll possess five years of related work experience and/or education. Experience as a minutes clerk is preferred.

What You'll Do
Coordinators oversee major projects or a majority of department functions with accountability and focused oversight. They support leadership by implementing change initiatives efficiently and effectively while flexibly assuming new responsibilities. Coordinators are highly engaged in all aspects of the organization with limited cross-functional responsibilities and are mostly present-focused. They manage multiple projects with self-directed deadline-driven accountability. Although transactional, Coordinators are high-functioning professionals applying the use of discretion and independent judgment while building problem-solving skills. Exempt
Essential Functions:
- Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including, communications, scheduling, maintaining records, expense reports, meeting & event planning, and support.
- Serve as Minutes Clerk in conjunction with the Superintendent to create the board agenda/board packet, facilitate and attend board meetings; prepare minutes, maintain board meeting-related records; communicate with board members and assist them with state requirements and record keeping.
- Assist with Senior Leadership and Leadership Team through scheduling, facilitating retreats & bi-monthly and monthly meetings, monthly Forum agendas/slideshows, celebrations, and maintaining supplies.
- Provide Organizational support by assisting with accreditation and other information requested from state agencies; internal calendar support; HR support, record keeping, and committee support.
- Provide Executive Area support by assisting guests/visitors; managing communications, incoming requests, meetings, and physical plant/technology requests.
- Other Job-Related Duties as Assigned by the Supervisor: The omission of duties does not exclude it from the position if similar, related, or a logical assignment to the job. In other words, you'll be helping out on spontaneous projects and opportunities not listed above.

Terms of Employment: Twelve months; salary to be established by the Board of Education.
Evaluation: Performance evaluated by the Chief Executive Officer per Board policy.
Status: Exempt Salary: 65,000 (DOE)
