The position ensures programming and processes maintain regulatory and policy compliance, meet the highest quality and care standards, and follow best practices. This position is a critical aspect of the College providing knowledge, leadership, guidance, and strategic vision in the recruitment and initial transition experience of TCTC students.Job Duties: Supervision and Staff Development: Hire, mentor, train, supervise, and motivate a high performing team of staff dedicated to holistic student recruitment and transition services providing excellent customer service to students, prospective students, parents, colleagues, and the community.Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all RAO functions. Collaboratively develop integrated, outcomes-based services and processes that provides prospective and incoming students the ability to explore all credit and non-credit programs while preparing them to transition into College and into the program that best fits their needs. Work collaboratively with their enrollment pathway peers to assist in alignment of messaging to students. Ensure processes adhere to policy and support a high quality enrollment experience of all student types. Develop and monitor budget to ensure the highest return on investment.Community Outreach: In collaboration with the strategic direction of the College, assist in outreach opportunities to build credit and non-credit enrollment with special attention to opportunity zones for under-resourced and under-served populations as well as incumbent workers.Analyses and Reporting: Analyze patterns and trends that relate to recruitment, admission, orientation participation, and enrollment of credit and non-credit students. Use data to inform adjustments to strategies and plans. Prepare and publish identified reports on regular cadence and ad-hoc reports, as needed for the Dean of Enrollment Pathways.College Service, Professional Development and Support: Serves on College cross-function strategic committees and represents college position on critical issues, including participation in professional development through college programs and applicable professional organizations, on college committees and initiatives, and similar. Other duties as assigned.
