Job Purpose:
The Marketing Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer projects from inception to completion. This position will be responsible for coordinating projects, monitoring and communicating project progress and deadlines, solving issues as they arise, and evaluating project performance. The position will also ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The MAC will work with multiple clients concurrently, serving as the point of contact for marketing, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Realizing the metrics or key performance indicators to carry out customer needs, while aligning with the College’s mission and strategic initiatives, will be critical to the success of this position. The MAC will ensure the College’s brand standards are met and will help promote a positive image of the College through collaborative work with internal and external partners. The successful candidate must have an ability to work both independently and collaboratively, to prioritize tasks and to turn exceptional work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Able to make decisions and exercise discretion.
Job Duties:
- ACCOUNT COORDINATION: Serving in a consultant capacity, act as first point of contact to manage select internal customer projects from inception to completion. Manage the day-to-day workload, including obtaining content, managing the approval process, maintaining the College brand, ensuring ADA compliancy. Establish realistic goals, budgets and timelines. Facilitate communication regarding project status with appropriate stakeholders. Ensure optimal use and distribution of all completed pieces of projects, especially where repurposing is appropriate, whether through new/updated web pages, social media, printed materials or other means. Evaluate marketing campaigns using both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess how tactics are performing against stated goals and industry best practices.
- ANALYTICAL ASSISTANCE: Assist in tracking overall marketing campaigns across various channels by gathering data from Google Analytics, the College’s CRM and our workflow system. Assist with monitoring SEO performance and digital ad effectiveness using vendor-provided dashboards. Remain current with trends, tools and best practices in data analysis to help identify opportunities for optimization.
- CUSTOMER RELATIONS: Meet routinely with customers to proactively assess needs and strengthen partnerships. Attend department and advisory board meetings, participate on committees, conduct listening tours, or engage in other methods to understand needs and proactively offer marketing resources as appropriate. Provide support with special events, including those outside traditional working hours. Support ranges from assisting with planning and execution of events to attending events as a representative of the College.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and professional experience related to the development and dissemination of informational material.
Preferred Qualifications
