Job Responsibilities
Tri-County Technical College is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and energetic adjunct Mechatronics Instructor. Reporting to the Mechatronics Department Head , the Mechatronics adjunct instructor will teach classes in the Mechatronics Program using systematically planned and delivered instruction for the program; maintain records of student academic progress and attendance, evaluate level of achievement, and assign grades for the program. Classes are offered during the day and evening at various Tri-County Technical College campuses to included Anderson, Pendleton, and Oconee.
Curriculum includes DC/AC Circuits, Motors/Generators, Motor Controls, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Reliability Centered Maintenance Programmable Controllers, and other related elective courses. Classes are taught from 8:00 AM until 10:15 PM.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
An associate's degree in a related field along with 1 years of troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years industrial experience.
