TriCrest Custom Homes is on the hunt for a detail-oriented, relationship-driven Project Manager who thrives in high-end residential construction. If you're someone who loves the craft, can juggle complex timelines, and wants to be part of a collaborative, no-ego team, we want to hear from you.
Tasks to be performed by the Project Manager:
- Manage the construction process from groundbreaking to final walkthrough, with some post-construction support.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to ensure timely project completion and quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date project schedules, budgets, and logs, proactively addressing delays or issues.
- Lead weekly site meetings with trades and internal teams.
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment on project scope, progress, and expectations.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout construction to ensure work is completed to TriCrest standards.
- Assist in managing change orders and RFI processes.
- Direct report to Production Manager.
Character Traits and Skill Sets Required:
- Trustworthiness - PM will be exposed to sensitive information. They will need to earn the trust of their manager and be responsible for guarding proprietary information.
- Responsible - The PM will have an integral part of the daily operation of TriCrest Homes. They must be a person who does what they say they will do. Examples of this are completing tasks by deadlines, showing up on time to work, meetings and engagements, and communicating with managers and other employees.
- Time Management - The PM will be required to multitask between various activities daily. Time management will be crucial in how efficiently things get done, and to the level of accuracy a task is completed.
- Attention-to-Detail - Strong organizational and management skills are required when handling Procore, the construction schedule, and other related tasks.
- Personable - The PM must be able to interact with a wide variety of people, including people of many different ethnicities, languages, and socio-economic backgrounds. The PM must be compassionate to clients, firm yet understanding with subcontractors and vendors, and patient when dealing with people daily.
- Problem-Solving Skills - True problem-solving skills are a necessity for the PM. They will have the ability to look at a situation, produce effective and efficient ways to solve the issue, frequently without the help of the Principal.

Experience:
- Five years' experience in managing construction projects.
- Two years' experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). The candidate needs to demonstrate expertise in creating and managing detailed documents.
- Demonstrated management and organizational experience.
