What are the responsibilities and job description for the FLOATER (HOME HEALTH AIDE AND PROVIDER SERVICES) position at Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc?
MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION.
Floaters would be available on an as needed basis.
The floating make be able to work in one of the three roles(rate depends on the role):
- Provider
- Home Health Aide
- Work in a Group Home
Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:
- Bath
- Meal Preparation
- Oral Hygiene
- Shampoos
- Changing Bed linen
- Assisting patients with dressing and undressing
- Skin Care to prevent breakdown
- Assisting the patient with toileting activities
CNA preferred.
