TRI Fusion Marketing is a full service marketing company, we are currently partnering up Puttin on the Glitz Promotional Products and Apparel to fill this position. This position will be a shared position between the two marketing companies.
Job Description
Looking for a qualified candidate who wants to learn and grow in the marketing space. This position will require administrative duties, interest in marketing and small business. We are looking for an individual 3-4 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Ideal candidate is trustworthy to be in the office alone, if need be and who is eager to learn new skills as they progress in the position. Definite growth potential for the right person.
• Answer phones and greet clients warmly
• Assist in filing duties.
• Reroute calls to appropriate people or deliver message to appropriate people
• Help organize office files & activities.
• Assist with mail outs
• Perform data entry & scanning
• Maintaining tracking on Excel Spreadsheets
• Internet research
• As training progresses, there could be some social media posting & email market assistance needed
Qualifications
• Honest & Dependable
• Good Communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Good organization & multi-tasking abilities
• Social Media & basic email market knowledge a Plus
