Job Summary: The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling customer requests in a timely manner, maintaining correct data, and processing orders. This role requires an individual with experience in a challenging environment, excellent critical thinking skills, and an ambition to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Report directly to the Customer Care Manager.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage customer requests and concerns via email, phone calls, and instant message.
- Respond promptly to customers.
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and provide order confirmation to customer.
- Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve any issues. If the problem doesn’t seem to be solved, then forward the problem to the Customer Care Manager.
- Maintain records of interactions with customers in an orderly and accurate manner.
- Maintain OEM and market pricing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
- Demonstrate an initiative-taking approach towards learning and growing professionally and look for opportunities to provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with your team to attain a common goal as well as individual goals.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Ability to price items competitively and keep a good close rate.
- Strong mindfulness in processing orders to ensure accuracy.

Pay Range
