Position Overview:
We’re hiring a reliable and organized Receiving Specialist to support daily inbound operations. You’ll be responsible for inspecting and categorizing incoming products, coordinating returns, updating inventory, and working closely with the Customer Care team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive incoming products and determine classification: Core Exchanges, Restocks, Warranties, or New
- Store items in proper locations
- Coordinate with Customer Care for vendor returns and order discrepancies
- Participate in inventory evaluations
- Document and manage discrepancies as needed
- Support warehouse projects and tasks assigned by the Receiving Manager
What You’ll Need (Requirements):
- 2–5 years of receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle and document product issues or discrepancies
- Proficiency with computers and digital documentation
- Adaptable, dependable, and safety-conscious
