Tri M Graphics is looking to add an Marketing Account Manager/Digital Specialist with experience to our team. We strive to build relationships with our clients through innovation and integrity. Tri M Graphics is a 40 year old family-owned commercial printing company located in Owatonna, MN that focuses on Strategy / Design / Print / Mail.
Brief Description:
This position requires a good communicator with attention to detail. This team member will develop relationships with clients and work with them to understand their printing needs and process requested orders. This specialist will help to visualize and implement digital marketing efforts like social media for clients and Tri M Graphics as directed. This person must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing Account Manager Duties:
· Interact with Tri M clients to determine what products and services they need.
· Help clients estimate their projects.
· Serve as the communication link between Tri M and clients.
· Initiate jobs into production and manage the process until complete.
· Ensure the quality of final product before release.
· Coordinate with outside vendors for the purchase of finished goods not produced at Tri M Graphics.
· Assist in securing data for direct mail campaigns.
Digital Specialist Duties:
· Engage with the client to help create social media campaigns to complement their print efforts.
· Ensure the quality of final product before release.
· Participate in developing plans, programs, and promotions to help Tri M experience growth.
· Assist with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
General Duties:
· Participate in developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures that enhance the efficiency of the Tri M Team.
· Represent Tri M Graphics in the community through a business/service group.
· Provide customer service (front desk) duties as needed.
· Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
· Able to understand a job ticket and the various components.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
· Four to six years of related experience.
