- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in blueprint reading and interpretation to facilitate project planning.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Support the procurement process by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Experience
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore and Plan Grid) is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in time management and project scheduling are essential.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
