Job Summary :
Tri Scapes LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and lead a team of landscapers to complete projects efficiently and to company standards.
Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, including daily team safety meetings
Perform hands-on landscaping tasks, including but not limited to planting, pruning, mulching, and mowing.
Commitment to uphold Tri Scapes Safety Culture.
Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and job performance.
Monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues as they arise.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure project goals are met.
Maintain all tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition.
Complete administrative duties such as work orders, and job reports as needed.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience as a Landscaping Foreman or similar role.
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Multiple years of experience in landscaping or related field.
Certification in horticulture or landscape management preferred.
