Job Overview

Qualifications:
- -2 years working with young children
- -Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma
- - A CDA, AA or BS in Early Childhood preferred but not required
Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Foster social skills through play and group activities, encouraging cooperation and communication among children.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Assist in classroom management to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Support children with special needs by adapting activities to meet individual requirements.
Skills
- Proven experience in caregiving or daycare settings.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
- Familiarity with infant care practices and toddler care techniques.
- Ability to educate children through engaging activities tailored to their developmental stages.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain order and facilitate learning.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
