We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Young Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. As a Young Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 1 to 2 years.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, recognizing their unique needs and learning styles.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development through play-based learning.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and developmental milestones.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
-Must be at least 18yrs old
-Have a High school Diploma
-2 years working with young children in a childcare setting
