Tri Star Energy is currently seeking a Manager, Sales & Customer Service to join our Wholesale Operations team in our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN. The Manager, Sales & Customer Service works to improve the business unit’s profitability by providing timely updates and analysis of day-to-day tactical activities to the Director, Wholesale & Customer Service.

- Manages the set up and onboarding of new and existing clients in PDI and CRM system.
- Manages the external support of clients and the internal support of sales team, ensuring positive relationships with both.
- Develops and communicates performance measurements that track results of specific strategies within the business unit.
- Develops and communicates standard reporting and analysis for the department.
- Assesses daily supply situations with all vendors, terminals, and carriers.
- Measures performance on store and district levels for trends in gallon sales and profitability.
- Analyzes and aligns specific pricing and branding tactics to best identify the most profitable price points based on sales and competitive data.
- Measures effects on sales of promotional items during specified times. Tracks loyalty programs.
- Administers the brand co-op programs to support the business unit’s facilities upgrade programs.
- Implements new technologies and/or business processes.
- Maintains confidentiality of all company, client, and vendor information.
- Reacts productively to change.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of Commercial, Wholesale fuels, or Customer Service Management experience
- Or, any equivalent combination of education and experience in job-related activities
