Our client is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to a team of professionals
Maintain accurate records, manage files, and perform data entry with precision
Draft, edit, and proofread documents with a keen eye for detail
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage scheduling logistics
Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Handle sensitive and confidential subject matter with professionalism
Collaborate with team members while also working independently when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5 years of administrative experience; experience in a legal office is a strong plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, editing, and communication skills
Proven ability to multitask, adapt, and manage shifting priorities
