Key Responsibilities :
Produce monthly reports, analyze data for accuracy, and address discrepancies with clients.
Monitor device utilization and promptly report low usage.
Update portal users and rooms, ensuring accurate and timely data validation.
Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to secure SOP target units and operational goals.
Coordinate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams for a cohesive customer journey.
Deliver remote product demonstrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Advanced MS Excel skills – including complex data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical ability – able to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Outgoing and confident, comfortable with cold calling and engaging new prospects.
