Job Summary:
The lead cabin attendant assistant will remain on a normal rotation with additional responsibilities focused on providing guidance and support to other crew members.
This position plays a vital role in creating a luxurious and seamless travel experience for our VIP passengers. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our esteemed clientele on board and maintaining a clean aircraft cabin. This role requires impeccable attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities:
Passenger Service:
- Welcome and assist VIP passengers with boarding and disembarking.
- Provide personalized service to meet the unique needs and preferences of each passenger.
- Anticipate and respond to passengers' requests promptly and professionally.
Cabin Maintenance:
- Ensure the aircraft cabin is immaculate and well-stocked with amenities.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight cabin checks to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Order and restock supplies and address any cabin-related issues.
Catering and Food Service:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals and beverages.
- Serve meals and beverages in an elegant and efficient manner, adhering to company standards.
- Accommodate special dietary requests and preferences.
Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain effective communication with the flight crew and ground staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
- Provide updates to passengers regarding flight status, weather conditions, and other relevant information.
Support:
- Assist in reviewing and screening Cabin Attendant candidates.
- Fly training rotation with new hires, provide evaluation and feedback to Lead Cabin Attendant.
- Perform line checks with existing cabin hosts.
- Maintain airplane standards through OCI’s and QR codes.
- Order stock and help onboard new aircraft.
- Share ideas for weekly newsletter and monthly cabin attendant meetings.
- Monitor WhatsApp for any cabin/service-related items. Prompt cabin attendants for post flight summary.
- Review trip sheets and coordinate specific client requests to the cabin attendant.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated background/experience in aviation, health care, food service, customer service, and/or hospitality.
- Previous experience as a Cabin Attendant in a VIP or luxury airline preferred.
- Certification from an accredited flight attendant training program is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Knowledge of aviation safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
Required Education and Experience:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
- Must have current passport or be willing to obtain passport within 30 days of date of hire.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must regularly be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
