Tri-State Truck & Equipment, Inc is currently looking for a Service Coordinator for our Belgrade, Montana facility!

Each applicant must be experienced in all aspects of being a professional heavy service technician including but not limited to :
Mechanical knowledge of drive units, transmission, and engine
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC and hydraulic function
Updating customers on progress of repairs
Comprehensive computer skills
Strong customer relationship abilities
CDL (optional)
Teamwork oriented attitude
Duties will include :
Responsible for initial contact with the customer
Checking units in / out of the shop for requested repairs
Updating customers on progress of repairs
Scheduling customer repairs for in-shop and field.
Opening repair orders and adding Tasks for separate repairs
Assigning service technicians to the repair order
Assisting in the parts procurement process for the repair
Fluent mechanical background in the OTR trucks / equipment industry
Exceptional communication skills : verbal, writing, computer are important assets
A CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL would be a great tool to possess
Service technicians that are looking for a change are highly encouraged to apply!
Technical experience along with interpersonal skills will be taken into consideration when establishing wage.
