What You’ll Do:
- Install & Maintain: Install, maintain, and repair water treatment and distribution systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Perform inspections and troubleshoot issues with pumps, valves, and other components.
- Quality Control: Conduct water quality tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Emergency Response: Quickly respond to emergencies like water leaks or system failures to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
- Document & Report: Keep detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, inspections, and system performance. Prepare reports on water quality and any issues discovered.
- Customer Service: Provide clear, friendly communication with customers about their service needs. Offer expert recommendations to improve their systems.
- Stay Compliant: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and safety standards, ensuring all work is performed to code.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or a degree in a related field are a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in a Service Technician role or similar field preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; plumbing or residential water treatment experience is a bonus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and operating heavy equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
