What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Tri Supply Inc?
Our Austin, Texas location is looking to fill an administrative role. This position is best suited for someone with an outgoing personality, good communication skills, strong attention to detail and is proficient with common office software, such as Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Experience with Order Entry or Data Entry
- Customer Service experience
- Applicant must be able to work independently, quickly, and accurately in a busy environment and have exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
- Enter sales orders into a proprietary software system and generate paperwork needed to fill the order.
- Assist with data entry and other general administrative duties.

- Ability to follow detailed instruction.
