Duties Include:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of sales representatives.
- Collaborate with key department directors within the organization.
- Consistently coach sales team to increase impact through improved communications and training.
- Develop, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives’ performance.
- Coordinate projects to meet deadlines for sales and inventory.
- Execute sales analysis, review sales reports, and suggest improvements.
- Review customer satisfaction and take steps to be sure each client is completely satisfied.
- Respond to issues, examine options and alternatives, and make informed decisions addressing problems as they arise.
- Oversee regular inventory cycle counts.
Skills and Experience needed:
- 5 years manager experience required with background in sales experience preferred.
- Ability to remain calm during all situations; provide constructive feedback; able to inspire teamwork and respect.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with typical office and point-of-sale software systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
- Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members.
- Ability to work independently and under direction.
- Exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation.
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
