Job Title: HR Workforce Development Support Analyst

You are a talented HR Workforce Development Support Analyst with at least 2 years of experience and a passion for thinking big, taking action, and delivering exceptional results. You'll support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department, specifically the Workforce Development Branch in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command's supervisory training program and workforce application process for other various WD programs, to include maintaining various sites on the portal.
- Assist team members with various aspects of WD training classes such as opening classes and other associated tasks in support of the various WD Program Managers.
- Prepare written content about various WD programs to be shared with the workforce at large through command releases, feature articles, and briefs to various organizations.
- Ability to provide WD/training information to the workforce.
- Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce.
- Create documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work.
Requirements:
- Mid-level to advanced level of comprehension and writing skills.
- Highly Skilled and Vastly Experienced in Microsoft Programs to include; Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
- Possesses an extensive customer service background in a professional office setting.
- Proactive, organized, on-time, produce quality products in a timely manner, organized, dependable, available for work.
- Desire and ability to work, learn, and is disciplined enough to work in either a home or office setting.
Education: S. in related fields
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Experience: Prior experience working in Human Resources. Prior experience with Flankspeed, Waypoints, and Adobe
Compensation: The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
