Vaco LA is working with a client in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for a qualified Part time HR Generalist to help support their HR Team. This opportunity will start off as a temp opportunity covering a leave but does have a possibility to be temp to hire. This opportunity is located in Oxnard CA and will be in the office. This opportunity is part time is looking to pay between $30-$34 / hr.

Job Specifications :
- Providing all HR administrative support to employee of the company
- Handling all benefits related questions, LOA and Workers comp claims
- Assisting with recruitment efforts
- Main POC for all HR related questions
- Handling all HR compliance and CA labor laws
- Over 3 years HR Generalist experience required for role
- Experience with HRIS systems required for role, Paychex preferred
- Degree preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Experience with Workers comp and benefits administration highly preferred
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry preferred
