Senior HR Generalist Needed in Oxnard (in-person)
Pay Range: $95k - $105k (negotiable)
Industry: BioTech / Pharma Manufacturing
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
Qualifications:
- BA in HR, Business Admin or related
- 5 Years Benefits Admin
- 2 Years LOA Admin
- Open Enrollment
- Payroll experience
- Recruiting and onboarding experience
- ADP NOW proficiency
- MS Office Suite proficiency
What we are looking for:
SR HR Generalist or HR Manager who had responsibility from recruitment to terminations, including organizing events, experience with a 3rd party vendor regarding benefits, open enrollment, recruiting, employee relations, etc.
Must have ADP Workforce Now experience.
This Sr. HR Generalist position will be a back-up for recruiting, as well so recruiting / on-boarding experience is highly preferred.
