About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Workforce Development Support Analyst. You will be supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department, specifically the Workforce Development Branch.
Your key responsibilities will include providing support/assistance to the Workforce Development Branch in day-to-day operations, including maintaining various sites on the portal and preparing written content about various WD programs.
You will also assist team members with various aspects of WD training classes and create documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work.
