Position Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) is a critical role to the strategic workforce planning. This role is responsible for all hiring initiatives as well as executing full life cycle recruitment for Triad Adult & Pediatric Medicine, Inc. This role will recruit for various roles including Medical Providers, Administrative Staff, Nursing, Medical Assistants and more. Lastly, the Recruiter will engage with senior leaders and hiring managers to discuss hiring strategies, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment strategy
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all hiring managers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for various roles across the organization
- Utilize and implement behavioral based interview methods, pre-employment assessments, etc. to hire top talent
- Balance short and long-term strategic goals, including campus recruiting / internship program management, HR related projects and business expansion support through recruitment
- Maintain a continuous process improvement mind set in order to improve upon current recruitment policies, procedures and metrics
- Develop and maintain recruitment policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local and federal laws
- Support HR generalist duties as assigned including but not limited to benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations and project management
