Position Opportunity:
The Recruiter focuses on hourly recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening and interviewing, background/ drug screening, job offers, new hire paperwork, and ensures that new employees have a positive 90-day introductory period.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Recruiting Managers on recruiting improvement processes and best practices
· Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
· Facilitate and assist potential candidates through the application and interview process
· Facilitate the onboarding process of new team members
· Conduct regular check-ins with new hires through their 90-day introductory period
