HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Our client, an industry leader with locations in the Triad (central North Carolina) has an exceptional career opportunity for an HR Generalist.
Position Summary
Reporting to and working collaboratively with the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will deliver all aspects of HR services during an employee’s tenure. Will serve as the lead in the talent acquisition process which includes identifying cutting edge recruiting methods, pipeline building, candidate selection, and providing support for hiring managers. Will implement process improvements as necessary. Partners and builds relationships with managers to strategize on workforce planning and develop role-specific recruitment strategies. This position offers the opportunity for expansion into other areas of HR focus.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Business or Human Resources preferred.
- Human Resources certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience is required.
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding efforts.
- Serve as payroll backup.
- The ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
- Highly dependable with strong follow up and follow through skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel locally to other company locations when needed.
