Triad Manufacturing is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Retail Production Engineer to join our dynamic team at TRIAD Manufacturing. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing high- quality fixtures for retail environments. You will work closely with our production team to ensure designs are both innovative and manufacturable.
Key Responsibilities

Design Development: Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks,
ensuring designs meet specifications and client requirements.

Material Selection: Design components using both sheet metal and millwork, considering factors such as durability, cost, and aesthetic appeal.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and project management, to ensure alignment and feasibility of designs.

Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, changes, and specifications in SolidWorks PDM.

ERP Integration: Utilize Epicor ERP software to manage project timelines, material requirements, and production schedules.

Quality Assurance: Participate in product testing and evaluation to ensure designs meet safety and quality standards.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve design issues and challenges that arise during the manufacturing process.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related
field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in design engineering within a manufacturing environment, specifically focused on retail fixtures.

Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, and Epicor ERP Software.

Materials Knowledge: Proven experience designing with both sheet metal and millwork.
