Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises Night Kitchen Cleaning Staff including scheduling, coaching, timekeeping and other supervisory duties as assigned
Cleans kitchen surfaces, countertops, kitchen appliances, stovetops
Cleans kitchen surfaces, countertops, kitchen appliances, stovetops
Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
Sweeps, mops
Transports trash and waste to disposal area
Maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
Transports small equipment or tools
Use other cleaning tools & chemicals
Other duties may be assigned
