Simply put, as the Staffing and Recruiting Director you will screen, staff, and schedule candidates for most our valued clients. In this position you will be involved in human resources functions as well. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Other duties may include (but are not limited to) : creating / maintaining the staffing schedule for the division, conducting the full recruitment process, maintaining department records and reports, handling Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment Claims, E-Verify, WOTC, MSP / VMS, CMS systems and complying with all Federal and State legislation pertaining to staffing associates.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar position; preferably in a staffing environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is strongly desired.
- Skills in organization, customer service and Microsoft computer systems are required.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership and business development
- Ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters
- Competent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and strengthen relationships
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet the insurability requirements of the company GL insurance carrier
- Travel to the TRIAD Staffing offices and clients throughout the division
- All employees are subject to criminal background and drug screening
