The Triangle East Chamber of Commerce is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator. This is a part-time, entry-level opportunity (30 hours/week) perfect for someone looking to launch their career in marketing, communications, or public relations.
In this role, you'll help tell the story of our Chamber, support our members, and promote the vibrancy of the business community through a variety of platforms. You’ll manage our editorial calendar, social media presence, website updates, and assist with both internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the editorial calendar
- Create and edit content for our newsletter, website, and social media
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
- Oversee our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Monitor web and social media analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with the Chamber team to develop engaging content
