Triangle STEM Fraternity seeks an exceptional individual with strong leadership and management skills to serve as our eighth Executive Director.
The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of Triangle Fraternity and is responsible for supervising a professional staff and working collaboratively with the Triangle Education Foundation (TEF) and Triangle Building and Housing Corporation (TBHC). The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day operations of all facets of the Fraternity and is responsible for implementation of the strategic plan. The Executive Director provides guidance and consultation regarding the direction of the Fraternity to the National Council.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required with professional experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience supervising and developing a diverse staff
- Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Travel required, including some weekends
- Experience with budgeting & financial forecasting
- Skills in project management
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Indianapolis area
- Experience working with, for, or on a volunteer board

About Triangle Fraternity Triangle is a fraternal men's organization for engineers, architects and scientists. It was founded in by sixteen engineers at the University of Illinois. From the start, it was meant to be a place where men of similar majors could socialize, support each other’s academic pursuits and better prepare themselves for successful careers. Since that time, our membership has grown and expanded to include mathematics and the physical sciences as well as architecture, making us STEM long before the term was coined in . Today, we continue to provide a unique social, academic and professional experience for STEM majors. Currently, Triangle has 38 collegiate chapters and 42 alumni chapter across the United States with 1, undergraduate members and more than 26, living alumni.
