Triangle Grading and Paving, Inc. is seeking experienced, dedicated, and hard-working Pipelayers to contribute to our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for laying piping systems that carry various utilities, including septic, water, and storm systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of underground water lines, sanitary sewer pipes, and storm drainage piping.
- Position, align, and join pipe sections while setting drainage structures.
- Lay pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
- Prepare and grade the ground, digging trenches using trenching tools.
- Clean and prepare the work area to ensure safety and eliminate hazards.
- Perform general laborer duties as part of the pipe crew.
- Follow all safety and OSHA regulations and perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience, including 2 years of experience laying pipe.
- Physical ability to perform assigned tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of operating various hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with working with concrete pipes.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
