Work schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Position Responsibilities of the Dispatcher - CSR:
- Manage customer phone calls and emails
- Ability to schedule service calls correctly
- Manage customer service inquiries
Minimum Experience and Qualifications of the HVAC Service Tech:
- Great customer service skills
- HVAC office experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask without hindering job performance
- Able to adhere to company screenings
- FieldEdge software experience is a plus but not required
