Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manging the operations of the office. ***Experience in the Restoration Industry (water mitigation, fire mitigation and reconstruction is ideal. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise office staff and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
- Maintain office organization by implementing effective filing systems and ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Manage schedules for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments as necessary.
- Handle human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in developing office policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems.
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently while adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience in human resources functions is a plus but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
