About the Role | A software engineer specializing in the Messagepoint platform, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom customer communication solutions using Messagepoint's features and APIs, including content personalization, workflow automation, and multi-channel delivery, to create efficient and compliant customer communications across various channels like email, print, and SMS. |
